Due to circumstances in the past where customers have returned key to estate agent and not returned to pay the cleaning fee, payment must be made before or on the day at the premises before work begins. We also retain the right to refuse commencement of work if deemed an unsafe working environment. Interior cleaning only. Excludes outside garages and windows. Exterior cleaning available on request. Does not cover ceiling washing.

*Bond guarantee clause

Our cleaners must be given the opportunity to return to fix any issues within a reasonable timeframe. No refunds if not given opportunity to return to fix issues within 7 days of property inspection by agent only. Guarantee applies to rental properties under real estate management only. Cleaning issues must be submitted via email in writing by agent. Does not cover any bond return deductions resulting from damage caused beyond general wear and tear permitted from time spent at premises. Including but not limited to cracked benches, damaged curtains or blinds, damaged carpets or flooring, walls or home infrastructure. Guarantee does not cover partial cleaning of house, must be full interior clean.

Property must be empty and unoccupied at time of clean for bond guarantee. Cleaners must be given 7 days to return after inspection report is received to rectify cleaning issues.
